ABOUT INGRID

Ingrid is a Diabetes Coach, an author and a certified Walking Coach with 35 years diabetes type I.

It's a clammy hot day in June 2011, the sun sinks into the ground like a fireball. Sobbing she walks on the footpath. She's had her glucose sensor for 3 months now, but still she feels burned out. She is at the end of her sugar Latin. Is this my life, she wonders?
